I provide a screenshot while doing Shadow Defender Freeze with this.
1. Install Shadow Defender - Restart PC - Start the Shadow Defender Tray Icon - Enter the serial which is on keygen.
2. Next run Shadow Defender - select Exclusion List
Please Add Folder / Files you will not lock - and then Apply
If you do not want to choose the exclusion means that you will lock the selected partition.
So if there are data entry into a locked partition, the data will be lost again when the restart / shutdown.
Well, because I want my Norton is not locked so you can easily update the database, then I add the Norton Program Files folder on the Exclusion List - Apply.
3. Furthermore, our new partition key that we want.
Here I will just lock the System Partition (C:) just because my purpose in order to secure the Windows System folder.
While I leave the other partition is not locked. Give the checklist on the partition you want - then click "Enter the Shadow Mode"
4.
So then appear like this ..
Please select the option....
Enter Shadow Mode on Boot :
Means Shadow Defender will work when Windows starts.
That when you enter / save the data on this partition your data will be lost again after the restart.
Much like DeepFreeze at work.
Exit Shadow Mode on Shutdown :
Mean when we turn off the computer and then we turn it on again,
Shadow Mode conditions will disappear and your partitions will be running with the Normal mode which means it can put / store data.
Much like DeepFreeze inactive.
Because I want to Partition System (C:) is always locked,
then I select the first option is "Enter the Shadow Mode on Boot" - Click OK - Restart the PC Finish.
